Let’s talk about how I might help you…

As an organizational psychologist, educator, facilitator, and retired Army Major General with over 34 years of active and reserve service, I wanted to have a flexible and simple means of providing professional consulting services for individuals, groups, organizations, and government entities. Therefore, in 2009 I established Learning for the Journey, LLC.

“Learning for the Journey” is not only the name of my consulting practice but also the content of the work. I believe life is a journey and through learning, we can help improve the quality of how we live and work. My gift is the ability to take complex ideas from diverse disciplines and make them accessible and useful. I do not believe that one-size-fits-all and canned packages yield actionable plans and sustainable results.  Therefore, every engagement is tailored to each client’s needs at this time and place. This is a collaborative undertaking.

Learning for the Journey, LLC is an SBA certified  Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and is a registered government contractor in SAM.gov.

I am committed to placing professional programs and services within the financial reach of everyone.  Please do not allow financial concerns to prevent you from reaching out.  This work is my calling and my joy.
