Crafting impactful training for adult audiences is a challenge. This presentation explores Instructional System Design (ISD) through a lens of neuroscience AND adult learning theory. This is a practical set of guidelines for creating adult learning programs, particularly in professional settings. Incorporating these practices will help make content “stickie” while demonstrating respect for the unique life experience of adult learners.
