Seasonal Change in Personal & Professional Life

Seasonal change is an emerging process not just a date on the calendar.  There are early signs of change if we take the time to notice.   So too are there seasons in our lives and the signs of change are present - again if we take the time to notice.

This presentation was part of a seminar series of The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship's. The presentation describes the nature of subtle life change and the obstacles for really seeing the emerging changes.  These obstacles include what I call the "rat on the wheel syndrome", the din of others' voices, fear, and our neurobiology.

Also included is a four-step process for making "important - not urgent" life changes and three tools for greater personal well-being.
